UK Aviation Industry Attacks National ID scheme
Fourteen leading figures in the UK aviation industry have spoken out against
the British government’s national ID scheme. In a strongly worded open letter to the Home Secretary, they express their “determined opposition” and highlight that enrolment on
the National ID Scheme will provide “no additional security” - indeed it
risks creating a “false sense of security”.
