Credit Suisse Starts Nixing U.S. Offshore Accounts
Quoting Swiss Sunday paper Sonntagszeitung, Reuters reports that Swiss bank Credit Suisse has begun closing down offshore accounts of U.S. citizens who haven’t declared their funds to the U.S. authorities.
While still a one-on-one measure at the moment, it is excepted to initiate a general move out of the U.S. offshore banking in its entirety.
